Condominiums and Development Projects We provide full service to developers for the gamut of development projects, from inception to final sale - including assistance
with negotiation of financing and construction documents, zoning and regulatory matters, preparation of declarations of condominium and property reports as required by
federal and local law, and representation in the sale of the final products.
Commercial Leasing We represent both landlords and tenants of commercial spaces in all aspects of the leasing transaction, including negotiation and documentation of
lease terms, tax and maintenance contributions, buildouts and other salient points of negotiation. Our attention to detail and creativity help to coordinate the many
